When I feel like i'm going to explode...

the pain that fills me inside...
i wonder if you realize...
the monster you've let loose...
inside of me...
scratching and clawing...
ripping me apart...
sucking more of my life out...
everday...
the only one way...
to make it leave...
to stop the suffering deep inside me...
to silence this monster...
at least temporarily...
i must make pain for the outside.
cut and scrape this little monster living in me...
giving in...
to everything it wants.
it wants every last bit of me...
it wants to take over...
not just inside me...
but everything..
so i shall die completly...
experience the pain completly...
i cant help but give in.
temporary safety.
but not for long.
